BUT FIRST, SOME RULES…

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    1. Please be aware of our cancellation policy on all services offered at the Beautique.

    2. We require a minimum of 36 hour notice prior to your appointment or fees may apply. Each fee is dependent on the scheduled services, a fee of 50% of the value of your original scheduled service is standard.

    3. This allows enough time for our stylists to book other guest during this time slot. We understand emergencies come up and things happen so please be mindful of our time and we will be mindful of yours.

    4. Any appointments that are canceled on the same day of the appointment or are a no-show are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the value of all scheduled services.

    5. NO-SHOWS will not be accepted at the Beautique.

    6. UNTIL THE NO-SHOW FEE IS PAID IN FULL WE WILL NOT ACCEPT YOU BACK IN OUR SALON FOR ANY SERVICE on either sides of the Beautique.

    7. This policy is in place to protect all stylists and lash artists at the Beautique. We are thankful for your corporation and understanding.

  • HAIR EXTENSION POLICY

    1. I acknowledge that I have been given the aftercare agreement and agree to follow the advice contained within it and any and all advice given to me by the stylist whom installed the extensions.

    2. I acknowledge that I must come back every 6-8 weeks for a move up to prevent any damage. The Beautique stylists will NOT be responsible for any damage to clients? hair/extensions if failure to do so.

    3. I acknowledge that this is a professional service and I agree that I will not remove extensions on my own. I will contact my stylist if I desire to have them removed at any point in time. The stylist and/or salon will not be liable for any damages if client tries removing extensions.

    4. I acknowledge that I will be charged for removal of any extensions.

    5. I acknowledge that the beads placed in my hair contain silicone and I agree to inform my stylist if I am allergic before the application.

    6. I acknowledge that all human hair attached is pre-processed and cannot be lightened or bleached.

    7. I acknowledge that there are NO REFUNDS on hair extension services, including deposits. Credit for the deposit amount will only be given if the requested date/time changes are made prior to 72 hours before the original appointment. No changes to the hair selection can be made after this agreement is finalized.

    8. I acknowledge that upon leaving the salon, I am completely satisfied with the services I have received.

    9. I acknowledge that this service is final after application. Any changes wanted to be made after install such as, color or cut, will be charged accordingly and additionally.

  • REFUND POLICY

    1. DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR WORK, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ANY OF OUR SERVICES.

    2. HOWEVER IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS ABOUT A SERVICE YOU RECEIVED AT OUR SALON, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR INDIVIDUAL LASH ARTIST/HAIR STYLIST WITHIN TWO DAYS OF YOUR INITIAL SERVICE.

    3. AT THAT TIME WE EXAMINE THE RESULTS OF YOUR INITAL SERVICE AND DECIDE HOW TO MOVE FORWARD.

    4. FROM THERE WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS TO YOUR SATISFACTION BY RESCHEDULING YOU WITH THE STYLIST/ARTIST WHO PERFORMED YOUR INTIAL SERVICE.
